1. What currency are the prices on the site?
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.
2. I just placed an order. When will it ship?
All of our products are made-to-order, which means each item is custom-created after you place your order.
- Production Time: 4–7 business days.

Shipping Time: Varies based on your location:
- USA: 3–4 business days after production.
- International: 10–20 business days after production.
You will receive a tracking number within 3–5 business days after your order ships. If you don’t receive your tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at Sales@Boakings.com.
3. Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?We only accept returns for defective or damaged items, as all products are made-to-order.
- You have 30 days to report an issue with your item.
- Please email us at Sales@Boakings.com with photos of the defect or damage, along with your order details.
- Approved returns may require you to ship the item back at your expense. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund.
Note: Items not defective or damaged are not eligible for returns due to the custom nature of our products.
4. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
- If your order has already begun production or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
5. I entered an incorrect address. What should I do?
If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately by replying to your order confirmation email or emailing us at Sales@Boakings.com.
- Address changes are allowed within 24 hours of placing your order.
- After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee the address can be updated, and no refund will be provided for incorrect submissions.
6. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location and fulfillment center:
- USA: 3–4 business days after production.
- Canada: 6–10 business days after production.
- International: 10–20 business days after production.
Please note that customs processing or carrier delays may extend these timeframes.
